Responsibilities:
- Check in and out guests; update online reservation system
- Housekeeping duties and sanitizing rooms after daily checkouts
- Manage the property for cleanliness
- Supervise the motel surroundings and monitor security systems
- Vigilant in maintaining property safety for guests
- Handle minor repairs & maintenance:
Examples are as follows:
o Unclog toilets
o Address non-working sinks
o Minor painting touch-ups around the property
(MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE)
Prefer entry-level electrical / plumbing skills – Handyman-type work
- Improve revenue & keep in good standing within the community
- Investigate and resolve complaints from any customers
Qualifications:
Must have/ own car
Own a Smart Phone
Being able to handle minor repairs & maintenance on the property
Email / Microsoft Word efficiency
Pass background check and drug test
A 2-bedroom apartment is included on-site with the job position.
